Opportunity information:

                Provide primary care for a panel of patients primarily via in-person care, with some virtual care.

                Provider is supported by an RN, an LPN/MA and a receptionist dedicated to their panel.

                Patients are seen in 30 min appointments, 60 min for patients new to the VA.

                Patient volume is 12 patients per 8-hour day, two of which are reserved for same day.

                Work with 5-6 other providers (MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs) in a clinic setting run by a Medical Director and Clinic Manager.

                Clinic is supported by dedicated clinical pharmacists and behavioral health staff.

                Be part of an institution that is a teaching and research facility.

                Practice in a new facility that also offers physical therapy, optometry as well as a few other specialties
