💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in the OR, round on neurosurgical inpatients, and manage a robust clinic schedule

• Collaborate with a powerhouse team of 5 neurosurgeons + 6 experienced APPs

• Support patient care across brain and spine diagnoses—from diagnostics to recovery

• Occasionally flex your skills with evening and weekend coverage (shared, team-based)

🎯 What You Bring:

• Experience in neurosurgery, neurology, critical care, or pain management preferred

• Board-certified PA or APRN (FNP preferred)

• Active (or eligible) Florida license + DEA

• Excellent communicator, collaborator, and patient advocate

• Calm under pressure, focused in the OR, and driven to grow your craft
