Acute Care Cardiology Hospitalist Opportunity
Cincinnati Children’s currently has an opportunity for a pediatric physician to provide hospitalist services in our state-of-the-art 29-bed Acute Care Cardiology Unit (ACCU).
The hospitalist will collaborate with a team of advanced practice providers, fellows, pediatric residents, and medical students and be under the direct supervision of the general cardiology and heart failure faculty.
The hospitalist will be responsible for primary coverage of patients admitted to the ACCU. The hospitalist will provide care to patients with various cardiac diagnoses and complex management strategies, including pre-and post-operative care for cardiac patients, single ventricle physiology, heart and lung transplant, and ventricular assist devices.
This full-time position requires rotating shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. The ideal candidate is board-eligible/board-certified in pediatric cardiology.
