Job Description

  Saint Francis Health System is seeking a dedicated and compassionate board eligible/board certified Hematology Oncologist. You will be joining an established group with 11 other physicians in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  

Saint Francis Health System is the 11th largest hospital in the nation. We are a locally ran and operated, non-profit, debt free health system providing care to the northeastern part of Oklahoma since 1960. 

Highlights

  • Competitive 2-year income guarantee base salary with achievable wRVU thresholds

  • Full-Time or PRN positions available

  • $60,000 sign-on bonus and up to $25,000 relocation reimbursement

  • $5,000 annually towards Continuing Medical Education (CME) expenses

  • 25 days plus 7 holidays during guarantee

  • As a not-for-profit system, Saint Francis qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Position Overview

  • Newly renovated cancer center with 40 infusion pods on site

  • Opportunity to attend tumor conferences - Breast, General Tumor, Lung, Thoracic, GI and Liver

  • Saint Francis Hospital is a GO2 Foundation Lung Cancer Screening Center of Excellence. On average, approximately 1,500 lung cancer screenings for patients/year.

  • Tenured group of hematology oncologists eager to mentor and ensure the success of a new partner

  • Radiation oncology services offered onsite.

  • Teaching opportunities through affiliation with Oklahoma State University Center and University of Oklahoma

  • EPIC EMR with advanced AI technology capabilities via Dragon DAX Copilot

Practice Support:

  • Administrative Staff: Clinic Director/Clinic Manager/ Clinical Supervisor

  • Advanced Practice Providers: 5

  • Staff: Nurses and Clinical Assistants

  • Patient Service Representatives: 7

  • (2) Radiation Oncologists - average 60 patients treated per day

  • Total of 5 oncology nurse navigators

  • Genetics counselor

  • Clinical dietitian

  • Occupational and Physical Therapy

  • Dedicated outpatient oncology social worker

  • Patient and family/caregiver support groups

  • Palliative care
