Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality medical care to patients of all ages. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical histories.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work, X-rays, and EKGs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Counsel patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education to stay current with medical advancements and best practices.
