Family Medicine Physician Job at Foundation Medical Partners in Nashua, NH

Responsibilities & Practice Details:

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations for patients across the lifespan, from newborns to seniors.
• Collegial group with solid APP support
• Lab and Radiology services provided on-site, located adjacent to one of our Immediate Care Centers
• 14-16 PPD
• Shared call: 1:4 weeks, 6 weekends per year
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, X-rays) to inform diagnoses.
• Seamlessly refer patients internally to specialists within Foundation Medical Partners 330+ strong physician-led group  ensuring continuity of care.
• Prescribe medications and manage medication regimens effectively.
• Provide preventative care services, including screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO and BC/BE in Family Medicine
• NH medical license or working towards
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care setting
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and accuracy.

Targeted Pay Range: MINIMUM RANGE to SEGMENT 3 Top. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by several factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammates pay regularly to ensure competitive and equitable pay.  Base pay $230,000 - $280,000.
