Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking an accomplished Hematologist/Oncologist to join our distinguished Cancer Medicine faculty. This role supports a variety of medical oncology specialties within a fully integrated, multidisciplinary cancer program modeled after the world-renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Your Role
The successful candidate will:
Support a broad range of medical oncology specialties
Manage complex hematologic and oncologic conditions within a team-based environment
Contribute to clinical research, quality initiatives, or scholarly productivity
Participate in the development of clinical protocols, quality measures, and care pathways
Serve as a core member of a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based oncology care
Maintain an active clinical practice focused on excellence, collaboration, and patient experience
Candidates with interest in subspecialty focus, program development, or academic engagement are strongly encouraged.
Qualifications
Board Certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology
Eligible for or holding an unrestricted Florida medical license
Demonstrated record of clinical excellence and academic or scholarly engagement
Strong commitment to multidisciplinary oncology care and the MD Anderson model
Ability to earn an adjunct academic appointment at MD Anderson, commensurate with accomplishments
