General Surgery - Breast Surgery Job at BayCare Medical Group in Tampa, FL

BayCare Medical Group is a physician-led medical group seeking an experienced  board certified  Breast Surgeon to join our established team of Fellowship trained Breast Surgeons based at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida.  This position will also include leadership responsibilities within the department.                                                                                           

This well-established program currently has three highly skilled, board certified, fellowship trained Breast Surgeons and two dedicated Advanced Practice Practitioners.  Our comprehensive breast care centers provide coordination of the broad spectrum of breast health services available, with the expertise afforded by advanced training and specialization in diseases of the breast. We are committed to offering the most advanced diagnostic and treatment techniques in the Tampa Bay area.

The Comprehensive Breast Care Center of Tampa Bay is a long standing NAPBC accredited program operating as a member of the BayCare Medical Group within the BayCare Health System. BayCare is a not-for profit health system within the Tampa Bay Area of Florida which ranks in the 86th percentile nationally on the IBM Watson Health rating with three hospitals in the top 100. 

Position requires: Fellowship in Breast or Surgical Oncology and Board Certification in General Surgery and Surgical Oncology.  Previous leadership experienced is preferred.
