The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a General Dentist for a community health center, also called a federally qualified health center (FQHC), in Waterloo, Iowa.

- Through an integrated care model, including medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.

Position Details:
- Clinic Hours: Mon/Tues/Fri: 8am-5pm, Wed/Thurs- 8am-8pm
- Your schedule: Mon/Tues/Friday: 8am-5pm and 11:30am 8pm either W/TH with the other being 8:30am 5:30pm
- Evenings: one evening a week until 8PM, no weekends
- Call schedule: none
- Patients: 12-16 per day + hygiene exams
- Operatories: 6
- Current Staff: 1 dentist, dental hygienists, and dental assistants
- Full scope general dentistry with built in referral network
- State-of-the-art dental equipment including Scan-X Digital X-ray, GenDex
- EHR: Epic Wisdom
- Other notes: You will spend one day a week in Clarksville at Butler County site.
We Offer:
- Starting salary: $166,000 - $184,000/ year based on experience + productivity incentive.
- Student Loan Repayment: Eligible for up to $50,000 for two year commitment & option to renew through state and federal programs.

- Contract length: 1 3 years

- Malpractice Insurance: FTCA malpractice coverage, GAP, and Tail coverage
- CME: $3,000/year & 5 days
