Critical Care - Intensivist Physician Job with Halifax Health in Daytona Beach, FL

Our Intensivist group, all formally trained in Critical Care, come from backgrounds of Internal Medicine, Pulmonology, Geriatrics, Infectious Disease, Thoracic Surgery, and Anesthesiology. • 40 – 50 patients daily in a large Tertiary Care and Level II Trauma facility
• 36 total ICU Rooms
• One week on, one week off (12-hour shifts)
• Shared night shift call
• Opportunities for extra shifts in ICU or consult work elsewhere in the system
• Physician Governance Council allows for physician input into strategic planning and operational policies for the employed physician group

Job Qualifications: 

• Full time, Employed
• Must hold US citizenship or permanent residency
• Must be ABMS/AOA Board Certified/Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine
• Experience preferred, new fellowship candidates considered
• Eligible to be licensed for the practice of medicine in the State of Florida
