IU Health Ball Memorial Physicians are actively recruiting a Primary CarePhysician to join our team in Hartford City,Indiana.This clinic has a great long-standing presence in the community with specialty providers onsite along with radiology, lab and pharmacy.Given theclose proximity to Ball State University in Muncie, IN we are able to manage a diverse patient population.

Position Details:

• Full time days schedule; 4 or 5 day work week options
• Opportunity to quickly build your practice with an established patient base
• Ability to provide all encompassing primary care for acute and chronic conditions
• Opportunity to perform screening colonoscopies
• Ability to perform small office procedures (such as lacerations. wart removal, I&D)
• Opportunity to teach at the Family Medicine Residency program at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital
• 100% outpatient withlimited call; Nurse Triage system to help with after-hours call
• Residents graduating in 2025, 2026 and 2027 are encouraged to apply

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Open to J1 and H1b candidates
• Able to obtain IN license
