Position Highlights:
High-acuity, complex cases including minimally invasive valve repair/replacement, coronary bypass grafting, and advanced aortic procedures
Drive innovation and program growth in ECMO, structural heart, and advanced cardiac technologies
Engage in teaching, mentoring, and hospital-based leadership opportunities
Practice in a modern 199-bed facility with a dedicated Cardiac ICU, full 24/7 intensivist coverage, and integrated cardiovascular services
Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in minimally invasive cardiac surgery
Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABMS/AOA in Cardiothoracic Surgery
Proficient in CABG, valve procedures, complex aortic work, and ECMO
TAVR experience preferred or strong interest in structural heart innovation
