Cardiology - Electrophysiology Physician - Locums Job with DAX Contracting Services in Sunrise Beach, MO

San Antonio, TX – Electrophysiologist (Locum Tenens)

**Any state license accepted!!!**

All travel & lodging arranged for - OR non-taxable stipend available!

Must be U.S. Citizen

Specialty:  Board Certified  / Board Eligible Electrophysiology Physician (1 need)
Client:    VAMC
Location:  San Antonio, TX
Dates coverage is needed:  as soon as credentialing is completed – 1 year with option periods
Schedule/Shifts Times:    Monday – Friday,  7:30a –  4:00p
Call Requirements:  None
Patient Volume:  25-30 patients/procedures per week average
Patient Ages:    Adults only
Types of Cases:  Pacemakers and defibrillators. Radiofrequency ablation. Risk identification and therapies to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias.
Support Staff:  yes –  1 full time cardiologist, RN’s, admin support staff
Type of Charting:  CPRS – VA’s proprietary system
Requirements:  BLS, ACLS,  DEA (fee paid, schedules 2-5)

Credentialing Timeframe:  6-8  weeks on average
