UVA Community Health-Gynecologic Oncologist Opportunity

UVA Health, nationally recognized as one of the top hospitals in the country, is seeking a Gynecologic Oncologist to establish and lead a new practice at Prince William Medical Center in Northern Virginia. This unique opportunity offers the autonomy to build a program from the ground up, while enjoying the full support and resources of UVA Health’s world-class academic medical center. The incoming physician will play a pivotal role in expanding UVA’s gynecologic oncology services in a rapidly growing region, with access to cutting-edge clinical trials, multidisciplinary collaboration, and the strength of an established cancer care network.
Position Information
- Provide comprehensive care for women with gynecologic cancers.
- Perform complex procedures with the support of a well-equipped facility, focused on constant improvement and advancement.
- Conduct outpatient clinic with Dedicated Navigator.
Additional Considerations:
- Program is expanding to meet the needs of a growing, diverse community.
- Team additions will include APP(s) and PharmD to ensure optimized delivery of care.
- Participation in academic and research opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Gynecologic Oncology.
- Eligible for Medical licensure in Virginia.
