Employment Opportunity Details:
Above average base salary, annual retention bonus, annual performance/metric bonus and option for additional shift work for pay

Flexible shifts available: 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p based upon schedule needs
Supportive and collegial Anesthesia Care Team Model with Medical Direction: 1:2, 1:3 (ideal) and 1:4 (rare)
Peripheral Nerve Blocks are a must with strong Ultrasound regional skills required
Patient draw base of over 500K
Level 3 trauma center
Wide variety of cases- almost all except major trauma and transplant! Cardiac is taken by a separate team
Wide variety of ages: peds (healthy) 6mo and up!

Qualifications:
BC/BE, ACLS, BLS
Active/Eligible Indiana License
Excellent communication skills
