This is a great opportunity for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with an interest in the geriatric patient population. We have 2 hospitals, a rehabilitation hospital, long-term care facility, home health, and hospice, 8 Urgent Cares, and over 30 outpatient locations.
