We are part of the  Henry Ford Health Systems  (HFHS -Detroit Area). We are in Jackson, Michigan and entered our 100^th  year May 2018. The merger with Henry Ford Health System is very exciting for Henry Ford Health - Jackson facility and our community. 

Henry Ford Health System has supported the construction of an innovation center (adding State of Art Simulation & Research Labs / May 2017), a Surgical Patient Tower that added 66 private rooms Fall 2018 and implemented EPIC house wide (INPT & OUTPT) in 2016.

Opportunity:

• Hospital-employed Neurosurgery opportunity with high volume and APP support
• Level 2 Trauma Center
• Call 1:4 / 90% outpatient 10% inpatient
• Case load Adult 90% / Peds 10% / 20-25 patients a day in clinic (Avg 5 new patients)
• OR block time, with state-of-the-art equipment and dedicated Neurosurgery OR team  (2 days OR/3 days clinic)
• Dedicated neuro-intensive care unit, stroke unit, and neurosurgical services on-site
• Procedures: Spine (C,T,L) Surgeries (Fusion/Decompression) Kyphoplasty, SCS Implant, Craniectomy/Plasty, Shunt Placement
• Potential -For  teaching, academic appointment with Michigan State University
