Family Medicine Physician Job at Sanford Health in Detroit Lakes, MN

Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician for a fast-growing practice in Detroit Lakes, MN. Here are more details below:

• Multispecialty group practice including FM, IM, Dermatology, Audiology, Orthopedics, Ob/Gyn, Surgery, Podiatry, Optometry, Psychology, Psychiatry and Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy 
• Service region of 55,000 
• Outreach specialties include: Allergy, Cardiology, Medical Oncology, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Opthalmology, Pain Management, and Urology
• Call is 1:6 shared with IM, but FM covers pediatrics call. Local hospital employs 24-7 hospitalist service. 
• Also covering monthly nursing home/TCU rounds at local long term care facility
• On-site pharmacy, walk-in clinic, lab, imaging and ambulatory surgical center 

Competitive compensation package includes:

• Compensation floor of $320,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
