Ohio's Hospice LifeCare, located in Wooster is looking for a Team Physician to join our mission! The Team Physician will serve under the direction of the Medical Director and work primarily in an inpatient setting at the Stanley and Flo Gault Inpatient Pavilion, in addition to covering homecare teams.
The Team Physician provides expertise in caring for patients with life limiting, serious illness and their families. Responsible for assisting with the provision and maintenance of medical direction to hospice/palliative care teams which includes consultation, review of patient care, staff education, and liaison activities within the medical community. The overall goal is to improve quality of life for every patient and family we have the privilege of serving.
