Founded by our Central WA Family Medicine Residency program (CWFM) in 1993, CHCW has grown into an integrated community health center to include full spectrum primary care, pediatric, senior residential care, behavioral and addiction care, and dental serving the Yakima and Kittitas Counties at multiple sites.

CHCW-Ellensburg Medical Clinic needs a Family Medicine or Family Medicine with OB physician for Core Faculty to provide formal teaching, mentoring, and advising for our Resident Physicians on a rural track. On-Site Support:

  1. Strong and robust Primary Care Behavioral Health with BHCs on site and warm handoffs within minutes
  2. Support services: lab, xray, pharmacy, evening clinic (certain services are site specific)
  3. Clinical Support: fully staffed with MAs, RNs, after-hours triage, and case managers
  4. Providers: Great blend of residents, new grads, mid-career, tenured physicians, and APPs



COMPENSATION AND PERKS

  1. Base Salary: $215,000-$225,000. Salary is based on 18-20 encounters per day, and experience bonus. Additional financial add-ons may include a fellowship bonus, meeting engagement goals, OB call (if applicable) and delivery bonus (if applicable)
  2. Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx, AD&D, Life, LTD, HSA, and FTCA malpractice coverage

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent
  2. Completion of an accredited Family Medicine US Residency
  3. WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license
  4. DEA certificate
  5. BE/BC required
  6. Great peer references and in good standing
  7. Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans
