St. Lawrence Health is seeking a full-time  Otolaryngologists (General ENT)   to join our team at Massena Hospital in Massena, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive ENT services in a community-focused environment.

• The ideal candidate will be BE within 5 years of completing residency or BC in Otolaryngology. Can be Canadian Board Certified.
•   Otolaryngology services include but are not limited to:

• Physician will provide treatment and examination of patients during routine office hours and perform otolaryngology surgeries on patients as needed at the hospital.

• Compensation: $473,000 - $641,000*

Pay Summary: The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.  Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.

In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
