• Salary Range: Min: $252,933 - Max: $252,933 with  performance bonuses

What You Will Need

• Board Certified/Board Eligible at the time of employment
• Completion of a Palliative Care Fellowship
• Palliative Care Certification
• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Licensed in the State of Washington by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI, and Prescriptive Authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
