The Corvallis Clinic, a multi-specialty group in Oregon's Mid-Willamette Valley, is actively recruiting two advanced clinical practitioners to join a busy Internal Medicine team. Our team is seeking patient-focused providers driven to provide evidence-based care. 

Practice Opportunity

• Full-time outpatient practice
• Provide urgent, same-day or next-day access for low acuity needs
• Provide interim co-management of chronic illnesses (titrating medications, interval routine follow-up care)
• Conduct CMS Annual Wellness Visits as needed
• Ensure continuity of care during transitions (retirements, medical leave, vacations, etc.)
• No call responsibilities
• Dedicated 21-month onboarding program

Qualifications

• AANP or ANCC certified family or adult geriatric nurse practitioner or NCCPA certified physician associate
• Experience working in a busy, primary care clinic strongly preferred
• Comfortable, confident caring for complex and co-morbid patients
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, and as a collaborative team player
