Family Medicine has multiple locations in Sac City, Lake View, and Fonda and is a family medicine group with three physicians and two nurse practitioners available for all your family healthcare needs. With specialties in family medicine, we provide medical care ranging from newborn to elderly care:

Our patient base also includes six area nursing homes and two assisted living facilities in addition to providing on call and in patient coverage for Loring Hospital in Sac City.
