Long Island is an island stretching east from New York City that consists of beautiful wetlands and wildlife. Many famous beaches and ocean views to enjoy along with landmark lighthouses on along the coast with plenty of hiking trails, and camping opportunities. There are also many historical area of the Revolutionary War, famous film sites, museums, historic golf clubs and restaurants, and even vineyard tours. This lovely atmosphere is a great community just outside New York City.
