FACILITY - Sanford Clinic Oakes is currently comprised of one internal medicine and two family medicine physicians, all board certified, 3 physician assistants, 7 nurse practitioners, and other staff including RNs, LPNs, radiology and laboratory technicians, physical therapists, and office staff.  Radiology and lab services are available on site and the clinic is equipped with the convenience of an electronic patient records system.  Other services include diagnostic testing, ultrasound, DEXA-scan, stress testing, pulmonary function testing, EKG, and MRI.  While non-critical cases are admitted to Oakes Community Hospital, critical care cases are transported to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, North Dakota. ER call is handled by providers employed by Oakes Community Hospital;  Sanford physicians are responsible for inpatient hospital call.  Sanford Health specialists from Fargo provide outreach services to Sanford Clinic Oakes on a regular, monthly basis.
