Purcell Health Clinic

The Purcell Health Clinic is one of four satellite health centers within the Chickasaw Nation Division of Health, a tribal-managed health system that includes a new 72-bed hospital in Ada, Oklahoma. The goal of the clinic is to provide compassionate, effective, patient-centered care to the native American Indian families we serve. Services include well-child exams, immunizations, patient and family education, acute care, behavioral health counseling with social worker, chronic disease management, routine physical exams for all ages, in-house laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, dental clinic and eye clinic. Specialty referrals are made to the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center in Ada.
