The Hospital 

Person Memorial Hospital is a 110-bed community hospital that provides compassionate, quality healthcare in a modern, equipment-rich facility.  It was the first hospital to become part of Duke LifePoint Healthcare. A healthcare leader in the community, Person Memorial offers a host of services including emergency medicine, general medical and surgical care, laboratory services and a specialty care clinic, among other things. The hospital is fully accredited by The Joint Commission.

The Community

With a population of 9,000, Roxboro is the largest town and the county seat of Person County, which has a population of more than 39,000. The community’s size encourages small-town hospitality and a gentler pace – both founded in progressive goals and an intense community spirit.
