Since 1973, Peachford Hosital of Atlanta, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, has been serving metropolitan Atlanta and the near North Georgia area in providing specialized treatment programs for children, adolescents, adults and seniors suffering from emotional, behavioral and psychiatric disorders as well as addictions. Our system includes a free standing psychiatric hospital located in Dunwoody, Georgia and community-based services delivered through our programs and network of mental health professionals. The hospital is fully accredited and approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and are on most of the managed care panels including Medicare.
