Ottawa - Primary Care Office

Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers is looking to employ a full-time traditional or outpatient-only Internist that will work out of our Ottawa Healthcare Center. Currently, OB/GYN and Cardiology services through Morris Hospital are present in Ottawa, with the plans to build out the facility to include Primary Care and Pediatric services.  

Opportunity Details:

• Work in Primary Care setting in new facility in Ottawa, IL, with Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Cardiology and imaging services.
• Patient population is already established.  Work with a hospital group that has a wonderful reputation within the surrounding communities.  We're well-known for our great care!
• Medical records are full automated using eClinicalWorks (similar to EPIC).
• Affiliated hospital is a Level II Trauma Center and Level II Perinatal Care Provider with a medical staff of more than 160 physicians, covering 37 specialties.

Morris & Ottawa are settled alongside the Illinois River which offers, boating, camping, rural-farm living experience and running trails. In Morris, there are 2 golf courses (1 of which is a private country club), two state parks nearby with several local parks, one that includes a public swimming pool near Morris Community High School.  We're also close to Starved Rock State Park, which was recently voted as the #1 attraction in Illinois.
