Aventura, meaning adventure in Spanish, is a suburb of Miami just one mile west of the Atlantic Ocean. Best known for its shopping center, the Aventura Mall, the city is also home to Turnberry Isle Miami, a Mediterranean-style resort with two championship golf courses.
