MacNeal Hospital is an acute care, not-for-profit hospital located in Berwyn, Illinois. The emergency department is a certified Department Approved for Pediatrics (EDAP), level II trauma, and Paramedic Receiving Center with Chest Pain and Stroke Center Designations. The ED is staffed by board-certified physicians and nursing personnel certified in advanced and pediatric advanced life support.
