JPS Health Center for Women

Located just north of the JPS Health Network Campus, the Health Center for Women provides services and support for women who are seeking prenatal care and well-woman care at every stage of life.   Prenatal care at JPS begins with our Centering Pregnancy program, offering women the opportunity to receive expanded prenatal care under a new model that has been tied to other birth outcomes. JPS is among the first in the region to become a designated Centering Pregnancy Center.

Services include: • Gynecology, including well women and pelvic exams • Prenatal care (healthcare for women who are pregnant) • Centering Pregnancy groups • Postpartum care (healthcare after giving birth) • Breastfeeding education and support • Family planning and birth control • Mammography (screening for breast cancer) • Walk-in pregnancy tests • Preconception and interconception education (healthcare for women of childbearing age) • Sonograms
