Huntsville Memorial Hospital - Texas

Huntsville Memorial Hospital is located north of Houston nestled in the piney Woods of Texas. Walker County is comprised of three main areas, the cities of New Waverly, Riverside and Huntsville. It is surrounded by beautiful luscious national forests, lakes and golf courses. It is the home of Sam Houston State University. In 2011 the Huntsville Memorial Hospital was named Top 100 Workplaces by the Houston Chronicle. It was also recognized as a great place to practice medicine by Medical Economics magazine, which also lists Texas as the best state for doctors.
