You will be joining a large multi-specialty group practice with a teaching hospital and Level II Trauma Center. Telemedicine, specialty outreach, electronic health records and digital imaging connect Gundersen  with our many regional clinics, affiliate hospitals and practitioners.
Hospital: Palmer Lutheran Health Center is an affiliated hospital of Gundersen. It has a 30-bed inpatient unit, emergency room, home health and hospice services, dialysis, and rehabilitation services. The hospital operates a "rural health clinic" on evenings and weekends that is staffed by the clinic providers.

Community: Located in the rolling hills farm country of northeast Iowa. 40 miles west of the Mississippi River, the area supports numerous trout streams, excellent hunting, horse riding trails and excellent schools. It is 60 miles north of Waterloo and 80 miles from Cedar Rapids, Mason City and La Crosse.
