You will be joining a large multi-specialty group practice with a teaching hospital and Level II Trauma Center. Telemedicine, specialty outreach, electronic health records and digital imaging connect Gundersen with our many regional clinics, affiliate hospitals and practitioners.
Gundersen Health - Waukon, which opened in September 2001, is our newest regional clinic. Currently, the clinic is located in Veterans Memorial Hospital, which is a modern throughly updated facility in downtown Waukon. The hospital is building a new Gundersen  - Waukon Clinic adjacent to the hospital, which will be completed in the Fall of 2005. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow a new facility in a progressive community of 4,000. The new clinic will support two Family Practitioners and a Physician Assistant with the full array of services and equipment.

Waukon is the county seat of Allamakee County and is located in the heart of scenic northeast Iowa vistas.
