Choose a primary care provider who will see you right in town at the Essentia Health-West Fargo Clinic. Our clinic is home to family medicine providers who care for kids and adults. When you’re sick or injured, you can also visit us for walk-in care.

The West Fargo Clinic is an outpatient department of Essentia Health-Fargo. You’ll find us on 13th Avenue East across from Menards.

Our family medicine team provides primary care services to your whole family. We also have family medicine providers who see expectant mothers for OB checkups throughout pregnancy. See us for your next physical or to discuss new or ongoing health concerns. Family medicine providers may offer prenatal care as part of their services—even if they don’t deliver babies. Walk-in Care

When you’re sick or injured and can’t get in to see your primary care provider, visit us for walk-in care at the West Fargo Clinic. We’ll see you without an appointment for urgent, minor illnesses and injuries.
