Essentia Health-Proctor Clinic provides primary and specialty care services to residents of Proctor, Minnesota, and the surrounding area. The clinic, which joined Essentia Health in 2010, offers the added convenience of a laboratory as well as radiology and rehabilitation services.The modern clinic building is located near the intersection of Boundary Avenue and U.S. Highway 2.
