Essentia Health - Grand Rapids Clinic

Essentia Health-Grand Rapids Clinic offers primary care services to residents of Grand Rapids, Minn., and surrounding communities. Staffed by a family practice physician and several nurse practitioners and physician assistants, the clinic offers traditional family medicine services as well as walk-in care. The clinic is owned by Essentia Health-Deer River.
