EPIC: Salt Lake Regional Emergency Department

Position Summary:

• We have a Full-Time Partnership Track Emergency Medicine Physician opportunity at Salt Lake Regional Emergency Department. Salt Lake Regional Emergency Department is a 10k visit ED with 8-hour single covered shifts.

Emergency Physicians Integrated Care, LLC (EPIC) is a physician-owned group that formed in 1999. We provide staffing to HCA and Steward Health system as well as the VA Hospital and Mountain West Medical Center emergency departments.   While we are all part of one company with a unified mission, our clinicians are hired into divisions that serve facilities in an assigned geographical area.

Ski at one of the 6 resorts within 30-60 minutes of the city, or head into the mountains to hike, bike, or enjoy nature and be back in time for your afternoon shift. Facility Name:

• Salt Lake City Regional Emergency Department
  • Daily Census: 15-40 patients/day
• St. Mark’s Hospital Taylorsville Emergency Center
  • Daily Census: 35 patients/day

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be BE/BC in Emergency Medicine

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts, single coverage.
  • No APP support.

Shift Requirements:

• 14-16 shifts per month 
  • 2-3 shifts will be at St. Mark’s Hospital Taylorsville Emergency Center

Rate:

• Based on experience:
  • 0 years: $140/hour
  • 1 year: $145/hour
  • 2 years: $150/hour
