Collin Springs, a Carrollton Springs facility, is a behavioral health hospital located in McKinney, TX, part of the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metro Area northeast of Dallas, TX. We provide evidence-based inpatient and outpatient programming for those facing mental health and addiction challenges. We treat children and adolescents ages 5+ and adults ages 18+.

Programs include inpatient mental health and addiction treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT).
