Cherokee Nation Outpatient Health Center, Tahlequah OK:

The Cherokee Nation Outpatient Health Center is the newest and largest tribal outpatient health center at the Cherokee Nation. The state-of-the-art facility is four-story with 469,000 square-feet on the Tahlequah Campus, next to the WW Hastings Hospital and the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine at the Cherokee Nation. Ground was broken in April 2023 for a new six-story $400 Million Hospital which will connect to the Outpatient Health Center.   

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with extended hours for Outpatient Surgery and Pharmacy Pickup

Medical, Pediatrics, Women's Health, Resident Clinic, Dental, Outpatient Surgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Physical Therapy, Audiology, Speech Language Pathology, Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health, Optometry, WIC, & much more!

Tahlequah is the capital of the Cherokees, as it was established as the seat of government of the Cherokee Nation after the forced removal of the Cherokee People from their homelands in the Southeast. Located at the foothills of rolling hills, the Illinois River, and Lake Tenkiller, Tahlequah is a town surrounded by the beautiful outdoors and recreation for all ages. It is also home to Northeastern State University, originally established by the Cherokee Nation. Tahlequah is a community of about 16,000 that is rich in local history as well as Cherokee culture. Tahlequah is only an hour commute to metro Tulsa where there is fine dining, shopping, recreational parks and the Tulsa International Airport.
