The Hospital

Located in the heart of Price, Castleview Hospital is a 49-bed facility that provides healthcare services to the Carbon/Emery area. The hospital offers a comprehensive list of medical services including anesthesiology, general surgery, family medicine, orthopedic surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pathology, allergy/immunology, radiology, pediatrics, otolaryngology, and urology. Castleview also provides a full range of diagnostic imaging services including mammography, CT scan, nuclear medicine, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound and more. The hospital features a 10-bed emergency department with 24-hour physician coverage, as well as a multi-purpose intensive care unit (ICU), a cardiac care unit (CCU), a newborn nursery and a full line of rehabilitative services. The hospital also owns and operates Emery Medical Center, a family practice in Castle Dale, Utah, which is staffed with a full-time physician and three mid-level providers.
