Practice is located on the Northside of town and five minutes from downtown Richmond. Universities Virginia Union and Virginia Commonwealth are less than two miles away. We are twenty minutes away from "Life on the James" and Seconds  from interstates 95 and 64.  We sit in the middle of the city and are minutes away from historic Monument Avenue, Jackson Ward and Churchill. Grocery, Pharmacy, Hardware ,local parks dining and night life are all steps away from our location.

PHCA formerly known as Green Medical is in the heart of the city with the city on it's heart. We have been a part of this community for over 20 years. Our patients are faithful to this ministry as we are to them. We have the privilege to serve a very diverse demographic. We see the very elect top government officials, owners of corporations to the under-served and indigent community. Our motto is "every patient every time". The potential candidate will have a diverse perspective and a passion for this community.
