It is has convenient access to several major highways. A 23 mile drive north will take you to Richmond the Commonwealth capital of Virginia or continue for another 80 miles to visit our nation’s capital Washington DC. Williamsburg is located 60 miles to the east and the Virginia beaches are 90 miles to the southeast. Neighboring Petersburg has very attractive historical sites. Old owne today is a district of antique galleries, boutiques, craft shops, restaurants, cafes, and a mix of renovated residences. The city of Colonial Heights is a population of over 18,000 and offers wide variety of shopping, dining, education and recreation.
