Big Sandy Medical Center

Big Sandy is located at the foot of the Bears Paw Mountains and is thirty-five miles away from Havre which is the home of Montana State University of Northern and seventy-eight miles from Great Falls, one of Montana’s larger cities. The town is populated by about 750 people and the service area takes care of around 2200-2400 people. The school is excellent with a great teacher to student ratio and fishing and hunting is out the back door. Homes are very affordable and the cost of living is low and crime is hardly non-existent. Agriculture and natural gas production are the key economy elements.
