Advance Community Health

Access to quality health care is fundamental to the overall health of the community. We want to do everything to help our patients–and the entire community–progress, improve, and move toward a healthy lifestyle.

Advance Community Health is a non-profit, Community Health Center in Wake and Franklin counties with a mission to provide primary care services to all, including privately insured, uninsured, under-insured, and medically-underserved patients. For more than 53 years, we have been an anchor of quality, compassionate medical and dental care for more than 26,000 patients of all ages.

The community-based, patient-driven Health Center provides comprehensive primary health care, dental care, nutrition education, behavioral health and has a health care for the homeless program.
