Sage Health was born in 2022, but our team has been serving seniors for a long time. Our team has built over 50 senior-focused clinics in the past that serve 60,000 seniors today. Our CEO found his calling when his father was hospitalized for over a month and his PCP was nowhere to be found -- specialists came in & out, some never read the medical record, and the hospital pharmacy accidentally over-dosed him while he was critically ill. No one was accountable for his wellbeing, so the family stepped in. He fully recovered, but healthcare shouldn't be this way.
