Hudson Headwaters Health Network is a well-established, multi-specialty health system with a reputation for excellence. In over 50 years, we’ve grown from one rural health center to 26 community health centers providing care to more than 7,900 square miles of the Adirondack North Country and Glens Falls region. The Network serves all of Warren County and parts of Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton, Saratoga and Washington counties.
