HealthPartners - Founded in 1957 as a cooperative, HealthPartners is now an integrated healthcare organization that includes a multi-specialty physician group, Level 1 trauma center, medical and dental clinics, and nationally recognized health plan. We are the largest consumer-governed, nonprofit health care organization in the nation, providing health care services, health plan financing and administration, and medical research and education to improve the health of members, patients and the community. 

HealthPartners Medical Group - HealthPartners family of care includes an 1,800 physician multi-specialty medical group serving more than 1.2 million patients at HealthPartners clinics and hospitals throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
